The main objectives of this congress would be multiple. First of all, it would explore the complex interactions between aquatic species, their habitat and environmental pressures, while highlighting innovative approaches for the conservation and sustainable management of fragile aquatic ecosystems. Then, this gathering would highlight the crucial role of zoology in the prevention and control of zoonotic diseases, as well as in the promotion of human and animal health through surveillance, diagnosis and population management strategies.
Furthermore , this congress would aim to identify the latest methods of integrated crop pest management, with emphasis on environmentally friendly and sustainable approaches to minimize agricultural losses and ensure global food security. Finally, it would explore the interactions between living organisms and their environment, highlighting the responses of animal populations to climate change, habitat degradation and other anthropogenic pressures, as well as solutions to mitigate these impacts.
